Dr. Andy Kyle received his optometric training from the Pacific University College of Optometry, graduating in 2018. Before that, he received his bachelor’s degree in linguistics from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, in 2014. During the five years after graduating from Pacific, he worked as an associate doctor in private practice, treating everything from straightforward refractive cases to blunt ocular trauma; his favorite part of clinical care is teaching any patient who is interested in what is going on with their eyes.

Dr. Kyle’s teaching responsibilities include Lead Instructor for Internal Medicine. He is also involved in laboratory and clinical instruction and serves as a faculty advisor for student research projects.
He attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he graduated with his bachelor’s degree in linguistics in 2014. He then received his training in optometry at the Pacific University College of Optometry in northwest Oregon, from which he graduated in 2018.
